Ways to Give

Your Help is Greatly Appreciated

We have been blessed by our community, who have supported us over several centuries with their spiritual participation, ongoing governance work, and financial support.  Assisting us takes many forms, and we appreciate any help that you might provide.

Bank Transfer Instructions

You may make donations to us in church in the traditional manner.  For convenience, we have also installed an electronic payments kiosk at the back of the church.  Should you wish to make a donation by bank transfer, please see the information at right.

Donating in Remembrance or Towards a Cause

Should you wish your donation to be put towards a specific cause, or in remembrance of a given individual, please place that information in the Memo field of the transfer, or reach out to us using the contact information provided on this site.

Please Remember Us During Tax Season

If you are a taxpayer in Portugal, you may support us financially through the IRS Consignment Scheme. This is a Government sponsored charitable programme whereby you can nominate on your IRS tax return for St James to receive a contribution of 1% of your annual tax bill. It's easy to do and has no cost to you. Last year, St James received significant sums from this means.  Looking for information on how to make this designation?  Here's a link to a PDF that explains the process.
