We help support a pilgrim-run albergue dedicated to the wellbeing of pilgrims. It is called Albergue Peregrinos Porto, and you'll quickly find that their volunteers come from all parts of the world. Its beds are exclusively reserved for pilgrims, serving those who are on their way to Santiago de Compostela, both before and after the Caminho.
