To understand the terms of each member, consult this document. The Chaplaincy Council meets on a regular basis throughout the year. Here is the meeting schedule for 2025:

Fiscal Council

​

Assisting the Chaplaincy Council on matters of finance are an Honorary Auditor and a Fiscal Council. Serving in these roles are:

The Chaplaincy is part of the Diocese in Europe reporting to the Bishop of Gibraltar, and is part of the Church of England. The Chaplaincy follows the rites, canons and teachings of the Church of England, the Statutes of St James and the laws of Portugal.  The Church Council is the leadership body of the Council, chaired by the Chaplain with elected members from the Electoral Roll.
